We offer three different 50-minute, full body reformer classes, which cater to different levels of experience. Essentials to Challenge, we’ve got you covered.

  • This class strips back to basics to work on the core reformer technique over 50 minutes. The class may be focused on the essential repertoire, but you’ll still get an all-body strengthening, lengthening and heart pumping workout. This class is perfect for those new to reformer Pilates or for clients looking for a slower paced class to further hone their craft – back to basics doesn’t mean easy!

    This class is also pregnancy and post-natal friendly.

  • A class where you can move to your pace and set your resistance/training load.

    Move around a 4-station circuit to target strength training for your arms and legs, as well as endurance for your core and full body.

    Pregnancy & Post-natal friendly.

  • This class builds on the repertoire covered in the essentials class; adding progressions, props and flow sequences to further challenge your body’s strength, balance, and coordination. An all-body workout – arms, legs, core, glutes, back – we’ve got you covered. This class is 50 minutes in length and is applicable for all levels.

  • An advanced class for those looking to take their practice to the next level. More intricate flow sequences and higher difficulty exercises are blended for one serious challenge. Class is 50 minutes.

Express 30-min sessions

  • This class focuses on stretching and mobilising the body through a slower paced flow. The ultimate unwind and restore for your body and mind. Suitable for all levels including pregnancy.

  • Good things come in small packages! 30 minutes of lower-body focused exercises. Perfect as an additional challenge on top of your normal reformer class or a great express workout option.

  • Yes you read that right.... get ready to JUMP on the reformer. Using a jumpboard attachment on the reformer, you'll be getting your heart rate high and a good sweat on, adding extra spice to the traditional reformer exercises!

    Not suitable if you suffer from shoulder or knee issues as there is increased load on the joints in this class.

  • Ignite your core. 30 minutes of core focused burn - think, abs, back and lots of full body challenge. A perfect addition to an elevate class or a great express workout option.

    Not suitable for pre or post natal clients.

These classes are a perfect add on to our 50-min classes or can be a great express workout option for our busy clients!

Pregnancy and Post-Natal Clients

At Heritage, we love our mummas and mums-to-be!

Our pregnancy friendly classes are designed to ensure our pre and post-natal clients can feel confident to move their bodies throughout their pregnancy and from 6 weeks post-natal (with doctor’s clearance).

Our Level 1 & 1.5 classes are all pregnancy and post-natal friendly. This includes: Reformer Essentials, Reformer Sculpt, Reformer Jump and Reformer Align classes for low risk, healthy pregnancies.

We also have our Mums & Bubs class - where you can bring bub along in a pram or on a blanket for the session! Class sizes are small & you can buy a special class pack for these classes here.
